THINE EYES BLEED: New Song Posted Online

December 18, 2010

Canadian thrashers THINE EYES BLEED — who feature in their ranks former KITTIE guitarist/technician Jeff Phillips and bassist Johnny Araya (brother of SLAYER's Tom Araya) — have posted a new song, "The Last Dead", from their recently completed third album. Check it out below. The CD was recorded with producer Siegfried Meier at his Beach Road Studios in Ontario, Canada.

THINE EYES BLEED is currently seeking a suitable record label to release the new album. In he meantime, the band will play two back-to-back dates in London, Ontario, Canada at Call The Office on January 14-15 with BAPTIZED IN BLOOD.

THINE EYES BLEED earlier in the year parted ways with guitarist Jimmy Reid and replaced him with Nigel Curley (EXCRUCIATING THOUGHTS, ATAXIA).

THINE EYES BLEED's latest, self-titled album was released in April 2008 via The End Records. The band has since parted ways with the label.

The group re-released its 2005 debut for The End Records, entitled "In the Wake of Separation", in May of 2006. The CD included the bonus track "Better off Dead" (previously available only in Japan) and the video for "Cold Victim". THINE EYES BLEED also took part in the mega-successful North American and European legs of the 2006 Unholy Alliance Tour, which featured SLAYER, CHILDREN OF BODOM, MASTODON and LAMB OF GOD.
